Hearth & Harvest is a culinary experience five years in the making. Our mission is not to redefine a cuisine, it is to find ourselves, to express the bio region, it’s growers and makers, and what they mean to us.

Join us once a month for a one of a kind dinner. Our backyard dining room feels as though you're at a friends house for dinner, if your friend is a chef cooking on open fire! You’ll find unique, locally sourced vegetables, meats and seafoods. San Diego grown and produced natural wines and ciders. Along with a little education on how to level up your own culinary game. All accompanied with a great evening and new friends.

    Thompson Heritage Ranch started with a big dream from smalltown Midwest roots. Starting with just 18 hogs, we knew from the beginning that we wanted to raise our hogs in a regenerative environment that would foster healthy and holistic living for our animals and land alike.
